Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups spinach


  • 2 cups gram flour


  • 1 cups corn flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 cups yogurt


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 2 cups oil for frying.


  • 1 cups pomegranate seeds

Directions

  • Seprate all spinach leaves from bunch and wash them properly.
  • Take a bowl add gram flour, corn flour and add all spices and mix them, then with help of water make a thick paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Coat spinach in gram flour batter and deep fry it till crisp and golden.
  • Garnish it with yogurt ,tamarind and coariander chuttney on top then sprinkle pomegrate seeds and chaat masala , serve with love.
