Seprate all spinach leaves from bunch and wash them properly.
Take a bowl add gram flour, corn flour and add all spices and mix them, then with help of water make a thick paste.
Heat oil in a pan
Coat spinach in gram flour batter and deep fry it till crisp and golden.
Garnish it with yogurt ,tamarind and coariander chuttney on top then sprinkle pomegrate seeds and chaat masala , serve with love.
